Shipping within the Netherlands We ship orders with Packs, DPD, Dachser and DSV.

Delivery time
For most products 3 working days if the product is in stock.

Shipping E.U
We ship orders with DPD, FedEx, Dachser and DSV, among others.

Delivery time
For most products 4 – 9 working days if the product is in stock.

Other EU countries

Delivery times guaranteed?
We depend on the carriers for delivery, so delivery times are not guaranteed. In 9 out of 10 cases, everything just goes as planned, but it can occasionally happen that a package or pallet is delayed.

Depending on the product and the volume of the order, we will find the most suitable shipping option for you.

Returns
Due to food safety, shelf life and/or specific storage regulations, products such as baking mixes, toppings and spice mixes cannot be returned. wafflemaker.nl is not obliged to take back, replace or credit items ordered and delivered by the buyer. As an exception, wafflemaker.nl can indicate in writing that it is prepared to take back or credit under certain conditions.
